We had a wonderful experience at Bluebonnet Walking and Running Store yesterday while shopping for running shoes for my son. The owner was incredibly helpful and provided genuine, expert advice tailored to our specific needs and situation. Based on his guidance, we purchased a great pair of Hoka running shoes. They carry a good selection of quality footwear, and the prices were very reasonable given the level of personalized service we received. Came here to get a pair of running shoes after the ones from both Fleet Feet and REI just weren't feeling quite right after a long run. David was able to help me not only get a proper size, but also explained how different shoes have different levels of support. He was extremely well informed and helpful, and both him and Jennifer were extremely kind! I was able to run my first ever half marathon in the Sauconys I got from here, and beat my goal time! Would definitely come back again!

I had a great experience shopping at Bluebonnet Walking and Running. The team was so supportive and knowledgeable in helping my partner and I find walking/jogging shoes. We are complete beginners and needed a lot of help, and they did not hesitate to answer all of our questions. I’ll be recommending them to my friends and returning when I wear these shoes out.

Marissa was great! From the moment we walked in she was super helpful and gave us the most awesome experience. She was very knowledgeable and took time to hear what I was looking for and offered multiple shoes. She was very patient and offered amazing advice! The prices were even better! I definitely will be back to get more and refer my friends and family.

I visited Bluebonnet today to get some new daily running shoes with no idea what I was looking for but David was so helpful! I explained my situation with my health and my desire for what I wanted in my running journey and he delivered what I needed! He kindly entertained my toddler while I tried on several shoes to find the perfect fit. Your feet are measured, he checks your walk to ensure you’re getting the correct shoes for your unique feet, and has all your running/walking needs! Great business.

This is actually a fantastic place to shop. I am a beginner runner/triathlete and I would actually recommend this over fleet feet because the owners have done several triathlon and can offer advice for newbies. They have everything you would need plus Garmin watches, and chews and gels, etc.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes that are supportive. I am not a runner just a middle aged woman with a few extra pounds and a bad hip. I tried all the big stores without success. Decided to try Bluebonnet Walking & Running and the ladies were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and patient. Left with several pairs of shoes. Very happy with my purchases.

My feet hurt, and decided to go to a dedicated shoe store. Besides having the oddball size I wear, after measuring my feet, they were incredibly knowledgeable in the specific problems I was having. I walked out with a pair of shoes, and a great consultation from David.

A locally owned business built by athletes, for athletes. The owners (David & Jennifer) and team members (Marissa) live the lifestyle — runners, triathletes, tennis and weekend warriors. They understand what it takes to train, recover, and perform. They host a weekly run/walk event. Some weeks there are shoe demos and free drawings for swag. I’m excited to get my family together and join them on Tuesday.
